Select the desired product: Open the ‘Shop’ web page and search for the product you want to order.
Select the packaging type: Configure the container in which the product is to be packaged.
Add the product to the shopping basket: Once you have found the product, click on the ‘Add to shopping basket’ button.
Go to the shopping basket: Check your selection by clicking on the shopping basket icon or the corresponding link.
Enter billing and delivery address: Enter your billing and delivery address or select it from your address book maintained in the customer area.
Submit order: Check all the details again and then click on ‘Submit order’. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Standard shipping
With standard shipping, the delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location. Your order will be carefully packed and safely delivered to the specified address. You will receive detailed shipping information in our order confirmation.

You will not be charged shipping costs for DAP delivery.

Express delivery
If you would like to receive your order more quickly, we offer express delivery on request. Please contact us before finalising your order to clarify availability and additional costs for this option.

AT, BE, BG, CY, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GR, HR, HU, IE, IT, LT, LU, LV, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SE, SI, SK, XI

For countries not listed, manual processing by an m4p employee is required, who will clarify further details on possible customs and shipping issues during the process.
